Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what information AI Agentic Sanatorium (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. It’s written to reflect UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). It is deliberately short, because the site deliberately collects very little.
The short version
We don’t use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics. We don’t require an account to use the site. We don’t ask for your name or email address anywhere except if you choose to email us directly. Case submissions and traffic statistics are collected without identifying you.
What we collect
- Case submissions. If you use the Submit a Case form, we store the source link, your description, and an optional category suggestion. The form does not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying detail. If you include personal information in the free-text fields yourself, that’s the only way it would end up in our records, and we’d encourage you not to.
- Site traffic. We run a self-hosted, cookie-free page-view counter that records which page was visited and when. It does not log IP addresses, does not use cookies or any other client-side storage, and cannot be used to identify or track an individual visitor across pages or visits.
- Correspondence. If you email us at contact@aiagenticsanatorium.com, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records.
- Admin access. The site operator’s login to the internal moderation panel is protected by a session cookie. This cookie is only ever set for that login and is not present for ordinary visitors browsing the public site.
What we don’t collect
No advertising or marketing cookies, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, no social media pixels, no account registration, no payment information. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail on cookies specifically.
Why we process this data
Case submissions are processed on the basis of your consent in submitting them, for the purpose of reviewing and potentially publishing the underlying public incident (never any personal information you weren’t asked to include). Traffic statistics and correspondence are processed under our legitimate interest in operating, maintaining, and improving the site, and in responding to enquiries.
How long we keep it
This site is a permanent public archive by design, so published case content is retained indefinitely, the same way a published article would be. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics are retained indefinitely for the same reason. If you’ve emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you included something in a submission you’d like removed, contact us and we’ll act on it.
Hosting
The site and its database are hosted with third-party infrastructure providers, who may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, it’s covered by those providers’ own standard contractual and security safeguards.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it to you in a portable format, and you can object to our processing. Given how little we collect, most requests are straightforward. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we’ve got something wrong.
Children
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect changes (for example, if we ever add analytics or advertising), we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and update our Cookie Policy and consent mechanism accordingly.
